It's hard to answer since I'm not familiar with the codebase of these apps. However, creators claim they use React Native for a significant part of the app.

Personally, I think that for the most of these apps RN is the “base” technology and then they use native components/APIs where it's necessary. E.g.: I was told Familiar uses RN for UI and native language for image processing and cameras. :-)
